Hi Tyra, we are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit. Thank you for the 5 stars! We appreciate you.
They always do a great job. We got a puppy a few days before my son's birthday, and they did a puppy head that looked exactly llke our Goldendoodle on the cookie cake. The girl, sorry I do not remember her name, said it was her first time ever doing a golden doodle. It was so so cute! Just perfect!!
Very friendly staff. My sons cake was made on time and the staff put on the cake what I requested and then some to fit the theme of his party. I’m very satisfied and look forward to doing business here again!

I had nowhere to make my daughter a birthday cake last minute. They customized it and made it in ten solid minutes! The cakes are always so good. I've always loved these for my own birthday. If you want good service that is great quality and fast, go here.
Submitted an order via the app and GACC of Kingsport did not disappoint. The cake decoration exceeded my expectations and I could not have been happier with how it turned out. Thank you so much!!
This is hands down THE most premiere location for cookie cake in the southeast. No other GAC store does it as well as they do. The cookies are always fresh and soft. The icing is always fresh. The employees are friendly. You can’t get better quality cookie cake anywhere else. At this point I don’t even bother with other GAC locations because this one truly is the best. 10/10 will always recommend this store!
Always the birthday cookie for this family! It's good enough to know when you know a family member is willing to stay behind just to get the birthday cake in this case cookie cake to bring. And then to present daughters birthday to away games.
Rhianna was so sweet and professional! We came in asking for a turkey cookie for Thanksgiving, and she whipped it up in just a few minutes. It's perfect!
I never get normal cookie cakes from them and I am never disappointed!! Thank you so much team for always trying your best with my orders. My husband was very happy.
